As the pace of technology quickens, the distance between point A and point B shrinks. Within seconds, information is transmitted and transactions are processed. The implications are simple: businesses need to expand across borders. However, businesses themselves do not globalize; it is the people within the firm who mold themselves to the cultural grooves. But what if we don’t even know what these grooves are?
