As the pace of technology quickens, the distance between point A and point B shrinks. Within seconds, information is transmitted and transactions are processed. The implications are simple: businesses need to expand across borders. However, businesses themselves do not globalize; it is the people within the firm who mold themselves to the cultural grooves. But what if we don’t even know what these grooves are? Thus, it is my intention to explore these cultural “gaps” so that people can better understand how to build a bridge to overcome these cultural idiosyncrasies.
